1/4 Avocado, Cut into pieces
1/4 Cup Brussels Sprouts, Quartered (Cooked or Microwaved)
1/4 Cup Beets, Sliced (Roasted or Canned)
5 Snap Peas
1/4 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
Season with salt to taste
