Next, add in the beets and lemon juice, adding more water if necessary. Finally, sprinkle in some cinnamon and liquid stevia. Blend one last time, serve, and enjoy!

Recipe:
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Spinach
1/3 Cup Beets (I used canned)
1 Tsp Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1/8 Tsp Cinnamon1/8 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
Liquid Stevia to taste
